Our Purpose
In a rapidly evolving digital world, too many talented youths, women, and entrepreneurs across Africa are left behind — not because they lack ability, but because they lack access. DESDAI exists to change that.
We were founded to equip individuals with practical digital skills, career clarity, and entrepreneurial capacity that lead to real jobs, real businesses, and real economic impact.

Our work focuses on three big outcomes:

We believe that digital skills should not be a privilege reserved for a few. They should be accessible, affordable, and practical—especially for children, youths, women, the poor, and the less privileged. That’s why DESDAI takes training to schools, communities, and small businesses, removing barriers of cost and access so people can learn valuable tech skills with little or no money.

Our Flagship School Program: Digital Spark Africa
Digital Spark Africa is our free school technology outreach program that brings technology directly into classrooms across Nigeria and beyond.
We organize interactive tech seminars and hands-on programs that teach students everything about the digital world—how to enter tech, build careers, explore opportunities, choose the right courses of study, and develop the skills needed to thrive in today’s digital age.
These sessions are practical, engaging, and inspiring. We don’t just talk about technology—we show students what it looks like, how it works, and how they can be part of it. From coding and artificial intelligence to digital entrepreneurship and career planning, we open young minds to the possibilities of the digital economy.

Digital Spark Africa
Digital Spark Africa is our flagship awareness and activation movement designed to ignite interest in technology across schools and communities.
Through free tech seminars, interactive sessions, and hands-on workshops, we simplify technology, demonstrate real-world applications, introduce modern digital tools, and engage participants with mini practical exercises.
Go Digital Initiative
The Go Digital Initiative helps individuals and small businesses transition confidently into the digital economy. Participants learn how to strengthen their online presence, understand digital marketing fundamentals, use digital tools for productivity and growth, attract more customers, and compete effectively in a technology-driven marketplace.
Community Tech Development & Strategic Partnerships
We collaborate with schools, community leaders, NGOs, institutions, and private sector partners to expand access to digital education. To remove financial barriers completely, Desdai offers fully funded tech scholarships for outstanding and deserving individuals across Africa.

Tech Scholarship in Africa (Partially Funded)
In addition to full scholarships, we provide partially funded opportunities to make structured tech training more accessible. This hands-on program takes learners from beginner to advanced levels in high-demand digital skills. It is designed for students, youths, women, career switchers, and aspiring professionals who need affordable access to structured, career-focused training.
